Michael Rossi is the Firm Administrator and Executive Assistant at Marco Q. Rossi & Associati, PLLC, where he plays a crucial role in managing the firm’s operations and supporting
its strategic initiatives.

Michael graduated Cum Laude from the University of Miami Herbert Business School with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Finance and minoring in Business
Law and Philosophy. His academic excellence is reflected in his inclusion on the President’s Honor Roll, Provost’s Honor Roll, and Dean’s List. His coursework has provided him with a strong foundation in legal and financial principles, covering subjects such
as Managing the Legal Factor, Negotiation, International Business Law, and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Before joining Marco Q. Rossi & Associati, Michael gained valuable experience as a Legal Intern and Assistant to Senior Partners at MQR & Associati Law in Beverly Hills, CA. He has
demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling, document management, and technical support, contributing to the firm’s operational efficiency.

At Marco Q. Rossi & Associati, Michael is responsible for overseeing the deployment of the firm’s technology platform, managing internal accounting functions, and handling administrative
and executive assistance tasks. His role extends to client development, marketing, and public relations, where he helps organize and manage various business development events.

Michael’s technical skills include expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Tableau, and Python. Fluent in Italian, he enhances the firm’s capability to support international
operations seamlessly. Outside of work, Michael enjoys philosophy, weightlifting, cooking, football, baseball, and spending time with his dogs.
