Mark Santo is an accomplished global executive with an extensive career in both international business and law.

Mark is highly respected as a most trusted advisor, counsellor and business strategist and routinely works with CEO’s and Founders of technology-centric businesses, fusing his executive management and legal experience into a powerful value-added advisory service.

He often serves in a variety of C-level roles, particularly with foreign based organizations seeking to establish operations in North America. He has led the entry into North America for clients in Europe and Asia via foreign direct investment projects, joint ventures as well as strategic technology licenses and has managed their operations as well until permanent executive management is retained.

Mark previously served as General Counsel of the world’s leading industrial process automation groups, including Elsag Bailey Process Automation N.V. (now ABB) and the North American operating unit of Yokogawa Electric Corporation of Japan. In addition, Mark has served as President of  a U.S. operating unit of a European Embedded Computing Group.

He has led major mergers and acquisitions across the globe, participated in public offerings upon the NYSE, NASDAQ as well as upon the European Continent.

Mark is also a founding member of Green Swans LLC, (https://green-swans.com/), a climate technology company focused upon generating wealth and planetary health. Green Swans identifies and commercialize visionary climate technologies helping to create a green, clean world.

Mark also frequently lectures upon international business and law at several  universities in the US and Europe. He also serves upon the Board of the American Middle East Institute.
